It would be technically straightforward to have thread render a verdict. We have chosen not to, and we do not intend to change our minds.
A system that judges people becomes a system people manage rather than use. Conversations get performed for the record. Trust erodes exactly where it is most needed.
A system that preserves evidence does the opposite. It gives both sides the same starting point and leaves the judgement where it belongs: with people who understand the context.
Neutrality is not a limitation we tolerate. It is the feature that makes everything else safe to adopt.
