Before you ask
How does the 30-day free trial work?
Every plan begins with a full 30-day trial. You get the complete plan, not a reduced version, and no card is required to start. If you decide thread is not right for you, the workspace and everything in it is deleted on request.
Can we change plans later?
Yes, at any point. Moving up takes effect immediately and we prorate the difference. Moving down takes effect at your next renewal so nobody loses access mid-month.
What happens if we go over our employee limit?
Nothing breaks. We will let your administrators know that your headcount has moved past the band and give you a full billing cycle to move to the right plan.
What does onboarding involve?
A structured fortnight. We connect one team's existing conversations, agree what is captured and who can see it, and make sure the first real question gets answered with evidence before we widen the rollout.
Do you offer enterprise agreements?
Yes. For organisations with complex structures, procurement requirements or specific data residency needs, we offer bespoke agreements including custom retention terms and security review support. Request a demo and we will route you to the right person.
